Impossible to get through via phone and if you do after a 55 minute wait you will probably be cut off ! Going to the office is no better unless you are there on opening ! Too bad for those who work! The government needs to make some MAJOR CHANGES it's a disgrace !

After a 90 min phone call to a call centre failed to fix my problem I reluctantly called in to the Taree office hoping for some help.What a great outcome, both the staff I saw were very helpful and everything was resolved in a matter of minutes.

It is so bloody hard get through to someone to actually speak to a person and get the right information I am trying to make claim and I cannot get through because your system tells you what you do on here and then hangs up on you

Only needed to pick up a form, as advised by the Centrelink phone hotline,on behalf of my aged father. Staff refused to provide the form. Was instructed that an online application needed to be completed. Dad's 88 years old , living about 5 hours drive away and is unable to use a computer. I got the impression that if they made it difficult enough, then my father would give up applying for a carers allowance and the government would save money. Strike another one off the list. They did not give a damn. Very poor. No wonder there was a security guard present.
