High recommend Si En wong for physio - She is amazing with helping my mom neck pain. My mom can sleep well and relief her neck pain immediately after one session with massage and needling Look no further! I would recommend Si En to all my friends who need to see Physio.

I've seen three of the physios here for multiple issues (Si En, Billy, and Damon) and they're all fantastic. Really helpful but also really friendly. I'd feel confident recommending all of them to anyone in need of physio.

I couldn’t recommend any other place, Si En is always amazing, knows everything about pregnancy pain and how to soothe and relieve even the stress. She has so much empathy, listens attentively and gives the best care. I feel 100% better after leaving every appointment.

Life Ready Physio + Pilates Scarborough
Can’t recommend Si En enough for physio - She is amazing and has corrected several gym and sport injuries with dry needling quickly and relatively painlessly ; D I’ve heard needling can really be hit or miss. You really want someone who is experienced which Si En is. Bella is also awesome for sports massages. Look no further!

Si En Wong fixed my back! I was in so much pain when I started coming here. After a few visits, dry needling and lots of stretching at home given by her, I am pain free! Thank you guys. I'm off to Canada hiking without worrying about my back.

On entrance, staff was super friendly. Met Damon for the first time and he listened to all my concerns and answered my questions, was very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he reassured me and my symptoms and set me with a plan that doesn’t take me away from the activities I love. Really appreciate this from a medical professional! Would highly recommend him and Life Ready Physio in scarbs.
