The store name is a pun intended but for all the right reasons. Family owned and it’s clear they’ve worked hard to make the store a reality. A fine example of local business bringing excellence and has that special touch the major pet retailers (I won’t name names we know who they are) could never achieve.

Nick and the team are amazing! Friendly, extremely helpful and happy to have a chat. The store was well presented, clean and set out comfortably. All the animals instore were healthy, active and had some very impressive enclosure set ups with natural browse for enrichment. Really appreciated the time and advice given. Will be returning again very soon!

Beautiful store, well taken care of and enclosures are aesthetically pleasing. Variety of products which was great. In conclusion the store and products were exceptional. Customer service needs improvement.Especially the employee with brown hair working in the store on the 3/3/23 at 9:25am. Needs improvement in customer service skills

Store is very open and easy to navigate. Animal enclosures are exceptional, large and spacious instead of the cramped cages you usually find them in in other stores. It's clear they care greatly about the well-being of their animals. Owner seemed knowledgeable when asked about the reptiles. Has a good range of supplies but nothing outstanding in that department.

Thankyou so much for the advice on feeding our little baby lizard and helping us with the diet to help our big boy be as healthy as he can be. Our little girl who’s hand fed has started wanting to hunt her food now that she’s not fed 2-3 times a day protein.

Store has some cool animal displays but range of products are small. Customer service is terrible, was made to feel like I was a massive inconvenience for purchasing. Wouldn’t look up from scrolling through his phone and eating chips, didn’t acknowledge me when I brought my products to the bench. Made my son feel like he was in trouble for interrupting him from his phone to ask him a question about the snakes, which he didn’t answer, just said they weren’t for sale. Won’t be going back.

Visited today and was fantastic the cat room was great being able to chill there and appreciate the beautiful cats and it helps them as well get used to being handled to happy all round.Great shop and love the Disney theme products,something different that other pet shops don't have.I know for sure I will def be back !,the only small advice I would have is there needs to be a few signs in the centre directing how to get to the shop :)
