Always check other chemist prices before coming here these guys are normally the MOST EXPENSIVE so always check!!! RIP OFF AND THEY HATE price matching they give you the biggest attitude when U ask! NEVER coming here again not nice workers

I came here at 8am on Monday to fill a script for my son before I start work. Doors are shut still at 5 past 8. I called the phone number and they said they can’t open until the pharmacist gets in and they couldn’t even tell me how long that would be. Now I will be late for work. Don’t say you open at 8am online if you don’t!

Absolute Rip-off!always found prescriptions and basic medication like kids nurofen and sunscreen etc expensive compared to other chemists and have been paying $19.95 for a long term scrip but just got this exact same script filled at blooms Westfield for $7.95.They say they price match but the one time I tried they said they couldn’t match it but discounted to get close however I will see if they price match on my next repeat just to see the outcome. Will post the outcome.As it stands I would not recommend at all but advise you try other chemists.

My wife Glenda is very ill. We go to Helensvale Chempro several times a week. The staff are excellent. They go well beyond to help with everything we need. Today they did not have her medication so the chemist drove to another pharmacy and personally picked up the medication and dropped it at our home on his way home. This business and their staff should be proud to offer such dedicated help to the sick and needy. My wife and I are very grateful thank you.

Just picked up a script that cost me $21.95!Chemist warehouse has the same item for $9.95...This is not the first time I’ve been over charged in here, but this will definitely be the last!!

This is a very busy and friendly chemist. The staff are helpful, cheerful and efficient and the pharmacists very approachable, even though they are flat out. Yes its a busy place, but they make time to help their customers.

Good for some scripts and service is great however prices of medications are way more than other chemists unfortunately. My husband showed the person the product retailing $9.95 from chemist warehouse and other chemists, he just laughed and still charged my husband $16.95 for the product. So no, despite what chempro say they do not price match.
