Excellent shop with good cheap prices. Staff made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed our time there.

A great different varieties of products available.I pick up plenty of items that helps me achieve my project such as art and gardening products. Reasonable priced. Staff are friendly and approachable. I enjoy shopping at Prices Plus Moranbah.

Saying this as a professional artist this shop now has some incredible stuff for art. The alcohol markers are comparable to copics or promarkers, they have an excellent selection of synthetic and real hair brushes that don’t shed, as well as polymer and air dry clays, yarn & wool, gold leafing, beading and other items including thread, haberdashery and other items.I bought that many brushes from them on my last trip I had to fill a second container with them.Honestly if the owners opened up an entire art store I wouldn’t bother going to Mackay for spotlight because they have almost everything I need!!They have a great selection of art journals too but I’d like to see more mixed media art journals, they have a lot of black paged paper journals that I like but plain white ones are too thin and my markers or watercolours will bleed through the paper too easily.I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and I’m so happy for the expansion in art supplies!
