Honestly it was really nice. The music provided on the tv was so calming. I had injections to remove a cavity for the first time and they numbed it so well I barely felt pain (the drill felt weird though). Ty

I have always had a strong fear in seeing a dentist since young (must be traumatic experience from poor service in the past). Dr. Raymond has been amazing in helping his anxious patient to settle well during the cleaning procedure. He is professional in easing my gum inflammation and pain. Dr. Raymond is caring, gentle and considerate that I have already had twice positive experiences with him. Thank you again and I’ll come back next time for another deep dental clean!

Exceptionally clean premises, friendly caring staff and dentist.As someone that was not a regular to the dentist, my anxiety has been significantly reduced by the manner in which im treated. The TV on the roof can be a godsend when you need to direct your focus on something else as they do their work.They are so gentle and I really appreciate the education on prevention and maintenance of existing fillings,etc on my teeth. The pricing is competitive too, which also helps reduce financial stress.Reminder texts also keep me on track in those busy moments!My little one also enjoys their visit to the dentist for check ups, so massive winner! The encouragement they receive empowers them to keep up regular brushing and making healthier eating choices.Highly recommend Dentiplex.Added bonus is the location- centrally located within a health complex amongst physio/ podiatry/ GP & pharmacy and also within knox city shopping centre, meaning I can get all my health & shopping done in one convenient visit!

Raymond is amazing. Going to the dentist scares the hell out of me but over the past few years of seeing Raymond I feel in safe hand.He provides options and gives the facts straight. Prices are always given before any work is done so you know where you stand.Most importantly, to me, Raymond never gives a lecture that so many other dentists do.If you're extra wary or frightened of going to the dentist I couldn't recommend anyone better.And the assistants are always very friendly and I've never felt like I'm drowning while work is being done. They're very diligent in making sure you are comfortable.
