Great company to deal with. Quick responses, reliable service Delivery of the container was much quicker than I had imagined, It would be and the driver was very skilled, positive and a real character. An outstanding business to deal with. Would recommend this company to others

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!This company doesn't deserve any stars.....We made a booking for a truck to pick up supplies at 7am in the morning.On the day of the booking our guys were waiting for truck to arrive to unload the supplies. We called the manager at 9.30am and was advised the driver called in sick and there would be an issue with our order. (We weren't advised at all!)We were advised by the manager that replacement driver/truck would be sent and arrive 10am. At 11.30am STILL NO TRUCK. We rang the manager again and he was getting back to me. Tried him again at 11.50am, no answer, so rang the office. Customer service couldn't get him to pick up either. We rang again at 1pm, still no luck.We ended up ringing another company.As of today, they won't return our $603 costs because they're advising we didn't cancel the booking in the morning. We had no choice but to go elsewhere because they gave us no choice!!!

These guys have a huge fleet. We needed a Semi Crane at short notice. They were the most helpful and offered a very good price for a difficult job. Customer Service Staff were very helpful. They know their product. I will use them again and recommend them higly for Crane Trucks. They also offer Trays and tray tippers

JTC Transport go out of their way to accommodate us when we need an urgent response or a crane or truck last minute. Great Service, always on-time and prepared to assist with very little notice.The service I've received from JTC Transport Trucks has been nothing less than exceptional, From Ops to the drivers they are always professional and from start to finish nothing was too hard.Not knowing what crane we needed for the job their advice and honesty was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

absolutely horrible company to deal!!I would advise everyone to avoid using this company and it horrible owners.They are incapable of doing the work the say they can do and still charge you.We had a driver turn up to a site and say he couldn't safely complete his task as required and that his boss told us in advance he could complete.The drive was sent away from site due to this and the job wasn't completed.The owner was abusive and shouting down the phone,Please everyone don't waste your time and hard earned money on this mob there is plenty of good company's out there

Stay away from these unprofessional and thieves.They just came to my warehouse and then they are not able to do the job and just left without doing anything and refused to refund my money. When I called them to book the truck I explained about the job and send them the photos of the job. I tried to call them many times, but they just reject my calls.

DON'T USE JTC or YARRA VALLEY CRANE TRUCKS!!! I ordered & was quoted for low bed semi with a crane. They showed up with a standard 6m rigid tray with a crane. Couldn't do the job with this gear so i had to cancel. Then when I asked for a full refund the manager named Jay invented somefanciful inspection fee for showing up & deducted this from my refund. A clear Liar & cheat

The truck driver/crane operator was fantastic. Turned up on time and made a difficult job look easy. Its unfortunate that the fleet manager and admin team really let the company down with poor customer service and basic book keeping skills. Id like to recommend the company but with the experience i had post service i simply cant recommend them.

Use these guys on a regular basis due to their ability to crane a vast variety of different products and their competitive pricing within the industry. No job to hard and every driver i have encountered was professional in operating the crane safely and efficiently giving me peace of mind when they take my products to site. I highly recommend these guys to everyone.

I am writing to explain my experiences with the crew at JTC. I have been a customer for the past few years. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them; anytime I need a truck last minute you can count on them to cover it and I have never needed a pro number or any type of documentation, and they know exactly what truck I’m referring to and know where the truck is in route. The rates completely competitive too. JTC Transport is a wonderful company that supplies great rates, transit times, and customer service. Thank you all
