Layne was really helpful with resolving my PC tower issue and even though it was a simple case of removing unnecessary parts from my PC, it help loads with the issues. Super friendly and helpful guy.

Layne is a lovely man who is incredibly understanding of peoples situations and issues with their computers. He works for a very fair amount, excellent at communicating with clients and quick to get the job done. My Girlfriend and I can now finally play Stardew Valley together again thanks to his hard work. Our organization is growing and we needed to upgrade our email system to accommodate our growing data base. URLs were moved from Gmail to Godaddy and the mailsystem was moved from mailchimp to mailer lite. All of the published instructions seemed straight forward.We suddenly had problems with communication between Godaddy, Mailer Lite, TPG, and microsoft 365. Nothing was working right. Initially we thought contacting support from these four entities would be able to sort it. It did not. Instead I had long periods of hold" followed by confusing conversations with customer support from each organization. Things got worse.Finally I called Layne who sorted it out within a couple of hours. I should have called Layne first. I would have avoided a few weeks of high stress.Nor did he loose his cool with me which I cannot say the same for the various customer support people I spoke to."

Layne is super friendly, skillful and honest. Dropped my laptop with a dead screen and booting issue to his place on a Friday evening and had it back Monday! He could have charged me for replacing the screen but he didn't, he is very efficient and with a very good pricing!

I would highly recommend Layne for your IT needs. He is very helpful and eager to solve your problems. I had to replace my laptop screen during Christmas period, which I understand was a tricky time to order/ship new one in. But Layne maintained great communication and kept me posted with its shipping status. Then as soon as it arrived, he accommodated to my schedule to install the new screen so quickly. If you have any computer problems, I would highly recommend Layne. Late on 24 December, my laptop was attacked by a remote access virus. I was very worried, and messaged Layne on Christmas Day and to my surprise he responded within 2 hours, and told me to drop off my laptop on Boxing Day. Layne was very honest, advising that my laptop was so old and running Windows 7, that it would be better to get another laptop, which I had a spare so that was lucky. He copied all my files from my old laptop to a USB stick, scanned them, and made sure they were virus free. He only charged me $100 all up, including the price of the 240GB USB stick. He could have charged me $$$, but came up with a simple and easy fix at a fraction of the price.Layne is my new IT person for any future IT problems. Honest, caring and problem fixed quickly, Great customer service. Thank you Layne.

Layne is extremely helpful and his skill is amazing. I had an issue with my laptop fan and was expecting a replacement is needed. Layne found out the noise was caused by a piece of sticker. He is honest and charged me for his labour when he could have charge me for the full price. My wife laptop hinge was broken and he even help us to source for the replacement and get it fixed. Really appreciate his work and would highly recommend him to anyone who need IT support. Thank you.

Layne is very helpful & extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of computing. My issue was complicated and involved Apple & Windows plus software. He is honest, fair priced, polite & I would highly recommend his business to anyone.
