Woodland Accountants
Had been going there for a few years now and had always had a decent experience. However had an issue I needed to follow up on after doing my tax this year so I rang the office and was greated by the most unhappy and rude receptionist possible. Clearly customer service wasn't her strong suit but she made no attempt to even be remotely helpful and clearly just wanted to end the call.Very disappointed with how I was treated and after going there for several years will be finding somewhere else.
