The staff here were so friendly and such a fantastic help! Had looked everywhere for a charger for my laptop and finally got one here. The man I spoke with tried and tested many different chargers until he got the right one.

Great knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and cheerful. I will always prefer them when needing electronic bits and pieces.

Conveniently located in the Belconnen town centre.Store is well stocked and service is polite and friendly 90% of the time.No issues with parking as there’s a big public carpark out the front and a smaller tight private carpark at the rear.Front and rear doors make accessing the shop very easy.Trading hours are great too, making it easier to get supplies before or after work on a weekday.

For tinkerers and students of electronics and the like, Jaycar is a hard-to-beat, almost mandatory stop on the weekly shopping list. They stock everything from novelty items through to computing and security accessories, all the way up to serious engineering instruments, bringing useful project stock within easy reach of the consumer. The added bonus is their opening hours, which are usefully set so that one can catch them open most days on the way home from work and on weekends. Great shop(s), essential for pros and hobbyist alike.

Brick and mortar shops are important. Without stores like Jaycar, you can't get something quickly nor get good, knowledgeable advice. Online shopping has it's many benefits for sure but so do physical stores. I've had nothing but good experiences at Jaycar, long may they survive.

Helpful staff member solved my problem within a couple of minutes. Plenty of stock. No loud music. Easy to park close to the store. Happy customer. TV aerial is plugged into the Fetch box. All good.

Was able to get parts and tools for a small project. Prices for some items were a little higher than getting online but it’s useful to be able to check out product specs, dimensions for instance, in store and get them right away.Staff were helpful. There are free parking spots in front on the street but they are often taken.

Firstly, you guys need to fix the door, it smashes so loudly because of metal lock at the bottom of door, so you feel annoyed with the customer entering the shop.Secondly I completely understand people get exhausted and tired working through out the day but at least when customers approaches you, you guys can smile and pay attention to what they are trying to say because everyone who comes to your shop will not be expert in electronics or mechanical stuffLastly, if some one shows you the google search and if it comes super cheap websites , but the customer is in your shop looking for that product, you don’t say why don’t you go to super cheap with a rude attitude.Besides all this rude behaviour, i was there to buy dc tester of around 7 dollars I brought the tester for around 28 dollars.If you keep on doing this attitude to your customers you will loose your business, no one comes there for free stuff. Try to learn some customer service. Everyone sells the product, but people remember the service and welcome and continue business with them.Rest you guys are expert …

The manager was extremely rude to his coworkers, making them seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. The man that helped us was great and very friendly and helpful. When he checked anything with his manager, he was made to look stupid. It was not nice to watch.
