Great Comp. Played Netball for the first time, all the support staff (refs organisers etc) were really forthcoming with helping us out with the rules and encouraging the team of mostly new players to improve. Great comp, loads of fun, would play again.

Love Urban Rec Netball!! I have played in one other social comp, and one more competitive Saturday netball and Tuesday nights at Urban Rec are by far the most fun! Love playing with music in the background, it really pumps everyone up on a cold winters night. The umpires are great, and really accommodate depending on the level of the teams playing. We've played a mix of netball newbie teams, and skillful teams making for a great variety of competition. Thanks Urban Rec, will be signing up again!

The street soccer has been awesome, we loved the first season so much as a team that had never played together before we have signed up as a team again for next season. Thanks Urban Rec for putting together such a great comp. It’s great way to stay fit, meet new people and have fun.

Playing with Urban Rec Newcastle is one of the best parts of my week.I have been playing in the multi-sport, indoor soccer & beach volleyball comps over the last 9 months. The games are great, the hosts are all awesome and I have met some super cool people.It's the right amount of fitness and fun. Get on it!

Great fun and a very well organised event. our team played the Tuesday night Multisport comp, which allowed everyone to enjoy a great variety of indoor sports each week.thank you Urban Rec and I love the T-shirt take offs.

I’ve been playing Mixed Basketball with Urban Rec Newcastle now for 3 seasons. As a dad that has been out of the sport for 10 years, it’s been a fantastic competition that has allowed me to get fit again, rekindle my love of basketball and meet interesting people. I definitely recommend Urban Recreation.

I moved interstate and joined the soccer comp as a complete newbie. I am having a lot of fun and meeting wonderful people. There's a wide variety of ages and skill levels. I think everyone is there for fitness, fun and to be social.
