Lady was rude and short with me. Said she would price match a physical store but kept saying “but I’m sure I can’t”. I showed her the store and she still maintained she can’t. Only to then offer me $20 off which wasn’t even the price matched but for another $10 lower I wasn’t going to go to the other place. Help or don’t help. Don’t be reluctantly helpful. Point being is I am not coming here next time but straight to the other place instead. Well done getting one sale off me.

One of the best place to take your photograph and to buy photo gears. The counter staff are extremely helpful. I had an issue with my camera and the gentleman helped me out.

I won’t recommend this store to anyone. Customer service that we received was really bad. The lady at the store was really rude and not helpful at all. She’s in wrong industry.

This was not a purchase experience but rather, the extremely poor trade in experience. A few weeks back I brought in camera gear (lens) to be traded in. This was after the fact that initial assessment (via online form on Teds website, with clear photos showing condition of the gear in various angles) indicated that they would accept the gear.So I brought the lens into the store ready for the trade in. I was met with a fella who had a look at the lens in detail, and did what he did and pointed the lens into the light to check for presumably dust, scratches etc.Then he returned to the counter and pointed out the fact that this lens is “No good, there is mould and dust”.I took an inspection and yes there was only some specs of dust which is as expected for second, USED gear. There was no mould. Blatantly lied to my face this bloke!If TEDS is expecting people to trade in 110% condition camera gear then why would they even bother with secondhand gear?!!!!I suspect this is more to do with the poor attitude of the certain salesperson running the show at the shop who just didn’t want to deal with trade ins.

Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and a lot less expensive than anticipated

Was very thankful to Lily today who not only helped me with an urgent order but her willing to assist me.Her customer service skills are a thing that keep people returning to a business.Thank you Lily you have no idea how important this order was.

I wanted to trade-in two cameras and a lens against another camera. According to the website this was a simple process! I phoned my nearest store to see if the items can be accurately valued on-site. I was told to come into the store.When I arrived, the store manager was called for and I was told that the trade-in could not be done at the Westfield store and could only be done at the Melbourne store(40km away) as Westfield do not stock that item. I already knew that the camera I wanted was a special order.I left the store and in the carpark I phoned the Melbourne store and explained the situation and I was told that ANY store can do a trade-in and offer credit against another item. I came away without a new camera, disillusioned and a very unhappy customer So today I've traveled 30km in the rain, hail and wasted 2hrs all due to incompetence.

Genuinely helpful staff , great customer service and a good and reasonably priced camera and accessories. This is my second visit and Callum and team have been phenomenal both times.

I don’t know how to explain the service we received. There was a short hair lady who was extremely rude and did not know how to provide services for customers. We went there to take a passport photo for our 7 weeks old baby. She asked us to wake baby up while we were doing that she was printing the other photos. Usually, it’s not possible for a 7 weeks old to stay still to take a photo. The photographer should make some effort with us. When the baby woke up, I informed her that the baby was awake but her response was ‘you should wait there’s only one of me’. We did not take the photos and left. She was the one of the rudest people I have ever met. She doesn’t know how to provide a service.
