A great customer service experience, from the just looking stage all the way through to order & delivery. Floors have been down for a while now and are hardwearing and always look clean!

Very disappointing service, despite a nice product. The company delivered 15sqm less flooring than I purchased which meant I had to halt the job while Luxfeel organised a delivery of the remaining floor boards. This meant my reno timeline was stalled, impacting availability of tradies etc. They were quick to deliver the missing floorboards interstate, however communication was really poor and I had to follow up regularly. Josh was aware of how problematic this whole experience was, stating he was apologetic and agreed that I shouldn’t have to collect the floor boards from the depo and told me he’d see if it was a possibility. That’s the last I heard from him and his team despite further enquiry. It’s been one week and radio silence as I write this review. The constant follow up has been exhausting, so I gave up. Perhaps that was the hope. This has put me out further, I had to organise and pay someone to pick up the floor boards as I physically couldn’t get there without taking half a day off work. Nothing about this has been ‘too easy’, as per Luxfeel’s motto. Care factor has been sub-zero despite marketing themselves as customer-centric. If you’re looking for a company that takes ownership of their mistakes, shows genuine concern and is proactive, I strongly advise you look else where. It’s seems to be beyond Luxfeel’s capacity.

This is a beautiful product (Luxfeel Air) at a very good price. We've laid solid timber before and didn't want to go through the process this time 'round - neither did we want the expense. We'd never heard of Luxfeel before or this type of flooring but found it on the website. Website is very informative, Josh and his staff are very good to deal with and the product is better than we hoped it would be. We used our own professional layer to install. He had never used the product before and he's really impressed! Everthing went smoothly. Thank you, Josh & Staff.

I really can’t speak highly enough about Luxfeel there customer service is beyond words ,from first speaking with Josh ,to then Hollie dealing with the order and pick up .ALL PERFECTLY ORGANIZED, this is the place for flooring ,so pls .Will post photos for all to see once layed .

Excellent product and service. I am very happy with the look and feel of my floor in the living room. There was a small issue with the coping lifting after initial installation but I called Josh and he had his contractors come back promptly to rectify which was great.I will be doing my bedrooms next and will be getting Luxfeel to do them again.A very positive experience.
