I had a great time working at Ubeeco and learnt a great deal during my time with them. If they are hiring for a position you are interested in I wouldn't pass the opportunity.My direct manager Wayne especially brought a good combination of fun and professionalism to the workplace. I definitely recommend!

Wasted 8 weeks so far, can't get right boxes.Packaging consultant Ray Dimeck visit me at my warehouse today and checked faulty boxes.He acknowledged there was a problem with the product, but insisted it did not affect use and refused to fix the problem nor return it.He also threatened that ”Even if you took me to court, it would not solve the problem”.I spent the whole afternoon calming myself down and decided to lodge ACCC complaint.Completely waste of time.

We use Ubeeco for our Windscreen Crates, They have the best quality at the most competitive prices - Easy to assemble and happy to customise at no extra cost- great work guys!! Will recommend to anyone

Great experience - very professional and goods supplied in a timely matter

We've been waiting on packaging we ordered 12 days ago. I've been liaising with their customer service team who have told me it's coming on three separate days, but it still hasn't arrived.I keep being told it's with the courier, but I haven't been provided with any tracking reference, despite me asking for one.Kirsty in the Customer Service team has said she will call me back with an update numerous times and hasn't done so. Instead, I have had to chase - making 10 calls over the past three days to find out what's going. I still don't know where our packaging is.We have over $10k of products waiting to go out to customers, but they are sat in our warehouse, because we we are unable to send it without the packaging that we have paid for. I have implored Ubeeco to find another solution to get it to us, but they have refused to help us.Ubeeco has seriously let us down and impacted our business. We have been a customer for two years but will be seeking a new supplier going forwards. I seriously recommend you consider doing the same.
