*visited on 2nd May 2pm* ABSOLUTE DISASTER, go here if you want to waste your time and money. Just because a client is kind enough to not complain at your face, it doesn't mean they don't know what's the go.They have no clue what THAI massage or body scrub is. Gentle oil rubs with sweet smiles doesn't mean Deep Tissue Thai massage. Furthermore occasionally leaving the client on the bed is extremely unprofessional. The older masseuse was very kind, but that's not what we paid for.Got a voucher for my wife and was the worst experience she had. I was embarrassed for sending her there. Pictures added, as they seem to deny the presence lol

Had a massage with Shirley here today, I have to say she provided the best Thai oil deep tissue massage I have ever had!!Managed to identify knots and stress areas and target them with perfect pressure as well as tenderness when needed. I was still able to relax while she worked on these areas and her skills are evident with her movements and the way she manoeuvres your own body to get the best out of each pressure point and stretch.I will definitely return on my next trip to the ACT. Thankyou

Extremely dissapointed with them being a regular client didnt help either.They got a couple of therapists and one of them was Really good and I used to go see her. Got massage done from the other lady with short hair as well but she wasn’t upto the mark.I booked another massage with my regular therapist and the lady at the counter just tricked me into convincing she is the same and did a below average massage.Very dissapointed that they couldn’t just tell me the other therapist wasn’t available and would have saved all my timeI will be finding someone more reliable now as they informed me that experienced therapist has already left their shop

If you’re looking for an excellent quality (10/10) remedial massage then this place is for you.Me and my wife have been coming here for our remedial massage for more than 5 years now and always having Shirley (massage therapist) to do our massage. We’ve been to more than 10 massage places all over Canberra (we always opted for a remedial massage) but there’s no one better than Shirley.Everytime we come here the quality of Shirley’s massage is always excellent. Even if you come here late at night, the quality of Shirley’s massage is still very good (even if you’re the last customer for the day). She knows which part of your body to focus on and knows exactly where the knots and tensions in your muscles are without you saying a word to her. You would feel that your body is much lighter after the massage and the price you’ve paid for your massage is worth it. Chris (reception) is also always kind, polite and friendly.

A wonderful little spa and very well located for me; I've been going for over a year now for either facials or massage depending on what I need and it's a comfortable spa to go to as a guy. All treatments highly recommended; as another review notes some of the technicians may not speak fluent English but I've never had any communication issues, especially with bookings. I also appreciate that they have very good COVID-19 safety protocols; you can relax knowing that the staff take so much care around the health of their guests. Their hours are very convenient, being able to get a treatment after work is great. Thanks for always keeping me going, Sui Spa!

Was disappointed by my recent remedial" massage. Did not address my requirements effectively. Did not work areas of concerns noted on intake form. Asked for easy pressure but was not existent. Atmosphere nothing too unique or comfortable.Nice and friendly though.."

The massage room is so comfortable and cute, the music choice really helps you relax. I choose the detoxing facial - she gave my chest, neck, shoulders, hair/head, arms and hands a massage while a face mask was working on me. My skin felt so smooth and relaxed I didn't want to leave. Would definitely come back again!

Had an aromatherapy massage today, it was a good experience however no scents were used throughout the whole massage. The towels had a slight scent however it was all a neutral oil used and not enough of it.The atmosphere could have been better - ie dimmer lights, better scents, better sound system (an add played in the middle of my massage for serveral mins) and although out of there control the construction noise.I did enjoy the experience, but did leave with sore shoulders which I am assuming it showing how much I needed this.

CAUTION: This place may be good for massage, but it is no beauty spa!!What a mind-boggling experience! The beautician" had no beauty qualifications and could speak almost no English. To let me know I needed to lift my head in a body exfoliation treatment

Had an incredible massage today, I could tell the masseuse knew what she was doing. She really targeted my issue spots but also made it very relaxing. Felt amazing afterwards and I felt very well looked after. Would 100% go there again!
