Love the park atmosphere. Perfect brunch spot for a casual day at the park. Love the menu. The calamari salad is amazing. So is the French toast! Highly recommend this for a chill day out.

If you are a nature lover, then this is the place for you. This place not only serves delicious food but also beautiful views of Jells park, Lake and quick glimpse of Dandenong ranges. Bakery items are fresh and awesome. I recommend to book the table beforehand to avoid disappointment. It's extremely busy during weekends.

The food was not good. I got a pie that tasted old. The scone was good but the cream was definitely off. The coffee was average. The service was good though because they were nice and fast, it's a shame the food wasn't good. The atmosphere, and area, is nice to look out.

Staff are lovely, view is fantastic, food is super tasty! It can be a bit warm during summer, but that's just more reason to get a cold drink.I think people also tend to forget that the toilets are part of the park NOT the restaurant!I did spend quite a bit but I was also here all day.

Scones were served warm and delicious. Huge scones and I couldn't not finished them both. However, the strawberry jam was a let down. Taste cheap. Wish they could've paired it with better jam and it would have been perfect.I will come again to try other dishes. Noticing from other tables, it seems they're generous with the portions.

It’s nice to go on a sunny day looking at the park view! It can get quite busy at peak times so a booking is handy. Food is good, good portions now. Service is good too! Nice cafe in Glen Waverley.

You’ll enjoy this, if you’re hard of hearing and have no tastebuds. We walked in on a sunny Saturday morning and it was packed. When we asked a waitress if we could sit down, she told us quite strongly to wait near the entrance, pointed out that there’s a please wait to be seated sign. Well, there isn’t a sign, and her annoyance made us feel unwelcome. There was a nice table with a great view, so we decided to sit down instead of drive elsewhere, and ordered scrambled eggs and coffees. The drinks were ok, but the breakfast wasn’t great. The meal I got was pretty… inedible. It was cooked for photos, not for eating. I’m not sure if the chef was asked to keep things “healthy” but everything on my plate was unseasoned. I used the salt at the table, but it’s hard to inject any flavour into an overcooked mass of solidified scrambled eggs. The sourdough was dry and unbuttered: but they provided butter promptly when I asked for some. It’s like the brief was: make diet food that looks pretty and don’t worry about putting any fat or flavour on it.To top it all off, it was a loud and echoey space. Minimal soundproofing efforts had been made as there were panels on the roof, but when there’s a big weekend crowd of families in there, the noise levels become unpleasant.Credit to the wait staff, they were responsive and service was quick, despite the early unpleasantness.I’d skip Madeline’s if it was busy, and I’d also skip the scrambled eggs. Try something else, and enjoy the view.

My friends and I had a lovely time here. The coffees and drinks here are really nice. I love that we can look out to the beautiful nature while having a bite/drink. The staff here are so kind and accommodative as well. I highly recommend! :-)

Went there after Parkrun. Very popular we got there about 854am. Nice table inside because it was a windy and balmy 17 degrees outside. Great service, nice little menu. Fruit toast and nutella, 2 good thick slices. The prana chai was wonderful. Well worth a visit.
