Car was returned on time, clean and the job professionally completed. much better experience than the last smash repairer who i was sent to.there guys had to fix the damage caused by the previous repairer. Ill gladly return... but I hopefully will never need a smash repair again!

Fantastic~ no fuss and spot on with their expected time of completion.I had many difficulties with my previous repairer but I had to use them a number of times due to proximity. But I couldn't tolerate anymore and changed to Mansfield Smash Repairs. So far I am 100% satisfied with all their work, from administrative to the actual repairs performed on the car~~~

I was afraid with so many negative reviews. But Dont worry. Easy to communicate and staffs are very friendly and polite. They have done really fine job. Found few minor fault couple of week after, but friendly fixed problem straight. Highly recommend this shop

The ladies in the office were friendly and very helpful and the boys in the back did a fantastic job fixing my car. They helped make a stressful time for me a lot easier to bear. I used this business a few times and always had a excellent experience in terms of job and price.Today I came in for a quote around a dislodged panel near the bumper of my bmw. After a few attempts one of the staff, Stephen, was able to do it without charge.Its great that you can still this kind of service.
