The quality of coffee this company sells is excellent. I enjoy the monthly labels they release. It is reasonably priced and i've never had an issue with an order since i've been using this company which has been about 2 yrs now. Definitely one of the best companies in terms of value for money for quality coffee in australia.

I've been getting whole coffee beans delivered to me for a few years from My Cuppa. Their service and quality of product has ALWAYS been the best and they have never let me down. We get organic, fair trade coffee from them and it's always delicious. Delivery is prompt (with the option for next day delivery). Highly recommended!

Beans are so fresh that when i open the bag and inhale, the gas punches you in the sinus like a hammer. I don't get that from any other roast to order that i have purchased from and i have tried 9 roast to order suppliers. Bags have the Roasted on Date on it, many roasters dont. Very good pricing considering roast to order and the online catalogue is well descriptive and easy to order and Direct Debit option which suites me. Good range of beans and the best Decaf Dark roast i have ever tried in my life, thick pours with unbelievable flavor profile for a decaf. Kudos to Cuppa

Love their coffee beans, only ever get whole bean stuff and grind it at home. Top faves are Sueet and PNG varieties; family and friends are equally obsessed when they come over. Their dispatch speed is actually SCARILY SPEEDY: pretty much have always dispatched it the same day if I put the order in by lunch time. The courier companies still take a few days depending on covid shenanigans - but it's usually in their hands the same arvo. I wish all online shopping was this good.

Do not order from here. Terrible customer service. Completely rude and very defensive when queried about the freshness of some beans i received. Instead of explaining politely, they outright accuse and insult. I wont be back.

My housemates and I have been ordering from here for convenience of great coffee delivered without hassle to date.We usually order a couple of bags. One, Redemption of the Spro pleases everyone in the house either with or without milk. Then we usually try something new for the additional bags.I have found the coffee to be of good quality and delivered on time. I have a good coffee machine with a built-in grinder that's adjustable depending on the beans.
