If you're looking for no nonsense truck hire, these guys are definitely the way to go. Brock was very professional and customer service was ace - looked after me very well. The truck I hired ran well, came with everything I could possibly need (trolleys, straps etc) and got the job done. Next time I hire a truck it will be through these guys.

I was initially not going to write a review because it is not nice but the absolute shocking behavior of the owner forced me to.Honestly a big mistake hiring from these guys, full of stress and fear. It is like a formula 1 race, paid all the money for just 7.5 hours of hire and if you don't return it or let them know immediately get charged another days hire. Could have simply hired by paying another $50 for a full 24 hours. Perfect example of a business (which keeps ranting about being a small business) but provides no service. What a joke!!

Got a negative response, and the company representative finished the call with Thanks for wasting my time". Refusing an offer is reasonable but being rude isn't."

Contacted them for a very last minute hire in an urgent circumstance, i found them on google and saw good reviews and was just as impressed myself. Easy to deal with and really affordable for the size of the truck and all equipment of trolleys and straps were an amazing help. For a small family business i felt everything was handled well and made all the difference. Thanks for your help and i would recommend them absolutely for both resources and availabilities.
