We used Shaun to do a big move of all of our belongings from Mackay to a small town in SE QLD. We were provided with an excellent level of service, kept informed at all times and all scheduled pick up and delivery times were met. Most importantly, all of our belongings arrived without any damage, the price of the removal was very competitive with the quotes we had obtained from other companies. We highly recommend Shaun Frater's Removals and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a local, short distance or long distance removalist.

Shaun provided a fantastic service moving my 3 bedroom house from a rural town to Mackay. I went through multiple quotes from various removalists and Shaun came out the cheapest by far. Shaun was able to quote $4000 less than another local removalists and was a few thousand dollars cheaper than the big nation wide companies.Shaun and his team showed up on time, completed the job efficiently. Highly recommended and the next time I move I will be using Shaun again.

Fabulous job very professional team staff were wondering well presented and very fit and efficient. They removed furniture out of the house in amazing time and were very careful. Nothing was a problem on arrival at new address they connected the washing machine, they assembled a difficult bed. I highly recommend the team. Management was very professional time management of pick up and drop off was perfect. Really lovely caring family business. Five stars the best wishes and thanks Shaun and boys.

Have been failed by this company called to get a pool table removed and now are fully booked and have left us in limbo with zero consideration or compassion. We now have no way of moving it and are at the end of our lease. Highly recommend booking someone more reliable
