I stop in here a bit for a feed and it’s hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great, other times it’s barely edible. But it’s becoming more frequent that the food is no good. Something needs to change here or I won’t return at all anymore. Tonight I got a schnitzel burger, and the salad was hot, and the chicken schnitzel was cold. What’s with that? Microwaved the wrong plate? Come on... I was told I’d get a fresh burger, and it was obviously far from fresh. Was disgusting.

The old lady with short hair working today 22/4/2023 at 3:30 the manager should check the camera what she has done in front of us. As we stop by for a coffee and standing in front of the till waiting to order about 3 minutes but no one come so I decided to ring the bell I thought maybe they busy at the back and didn’t know that we are waiting to order. After ring the bell 2 minutes this lady come out from the back not saying hi or anything to us but straight away go grab the bell and throw on the bench but she was throwing very hard that the bell hit the wall and fell on the ground. She picked up and threw it again right in front of our eyes. We didn’t say anything but looking at her with a question why did she do that? Then she started to be very rude and told us that it’s rude to ring the bell can’t you wait and she said I saw you but I don’t have to come right the way am I? She asked us. We were shocked didn’t expecting that would come from customers service. My husband told her what she did isn’t right what she did that calling rude not us ringing the bell. So we decided to leave not worth arguing with this kind of people. I hope the manager or owner train her again about customer service. Before you lose a lot of customers because of your rude staff.

The service from the young girl out the front was absolutely amazing and the coffee she made was to die for! The price was very reasonable and surprising but that’s where the positive review ends!Took nearly 1/2 an hour to receive our order (1 big breakie & 1 bacon &egg sandwich) the attitude of the woman that brought out our meals was absolutely discusting she basically just plonked the plates on the table and literally said there ya go there’s ya meals!Hubbys big breakie was all cramed on a average size plate which made it impossible to cut/eat!(I ended up giving him my plate to put things on)My bacon & egg sandwich was not what I ordered at all! I received a roll instead of a sandwich which I didn’t bother saying anything about as I didn’t want to wait yet another 1/2 hr for the woman to remake it nor did I want to deal with her attitude again!All in all The girl out the front and the coffee was faultless but the rest of our experience was absolutely horrible! The staff need an attitude adjustment and to do stuff a lot quicker than they do!Doubt we will be back again!

Stopped in here for lunch, service was OK but food was pretty slow arriving, no salt or pepper at the tables which I found disappointing, no serviettes dispensers either.I ordered the Tbone steak chips and salad, the steak was tender but quite thin for a Tbone cut in my opinion, no sauces brought over to accompany meal, the biggest criticism though would be presentation! They served the entire meal on basicly a large salad plate! They seriously need to serve on larger plates, chips were on the left, a mountain of salad on the right and the Tbone balanced on top of everything, you could not move without food falling off the plate and making a mess, you could not even touch the steak untill most of the salad and chips were consumed first, very annoying dining experience and to add insult to injury they had grated carrot mixed in with their salad, yuck.A disappointing experience sadly

Stopped here for some lunch. Got some cake slices to take away. Hedgehog slice & vanilla slice the girl grabbed 2 boxes already packed. Didn't think anything of it. Got home & the vanilla slice looks old & stale should have gone in bin. Charged $5 for a stale vanilla slice. Beware ask for the fresh ones in window. Also maybe your staff could have some enthusiasm & smile. Disgusting won't be eating there again.
