Malibu Pools created our amazing pool last year with Karen Huttunen looking after us extremely well through the whole process, would highly recommend this company.

The tradesmen are rude, so disrespectful and swore at me. They left my yard as a public safety risk and had no consideration for the mess they left on my property or my neighbours. I would never recommend this company as I feel anybody who uses them is opening themselves up to a law suit. Beware of this unprofessional company!

I cannot recommend Malibu Pools and more highly than an A++! We are a week off handover with the fence almost completed, but and I am so excited for the water to go in (and the heater turned on). And thank you so much for keeping our yard as clean and tidy as you did. I'll share some photos on your Facebook page once I have done the rest of my grass around the pool!

Most appalling lack of of communication. The pool build has been extremely stressful. They 'sell' you a Project Manager that supposedly will be keeping you updated on the build, this didn't happen.. Very poor communication.

Malibu pools built an infinity edge pool for us. After a few years, and under warranty, the Infinity edge wall developed a significant crack. The company initially responded to my request to resolve, and patched up the crack. 6 months later the crack reappeared.After doing some research, the infinity edge wall was not built to the required specifications, hence the reason why it was not structually sound.I have made several attempts to contact Malibu pools again, however they will not respond.Reply to your post:Forthcoming and active with our communications".Seriously!! They didn't reply to one of my emails! I was wanting to work with the business for a solution

Malibu told us we would have a fully functioning pool within 6 weeks of contract sign/ground break, and that is pretty much what happened. Everything went like clockwork, as one set of tradies was finishing (the dig), another set was ready for the next stage. Malibu were chasing us sometimes !! Very professional company, would recommend to anyone.

Malibu Pools completed both our pool and landscaping. It was a big job, but they did an exceptional job! Thank you for being really clear and sticking to schedule. I absolutely recommend Malibu Pools to anyone!

We had quite a large, complex project - a pool, retaining wall, large entertaining area, gazebo and landscaping. We researched extensively - attended the Pool and Spa Expo, asked around our contacts for recommendations. A work colleague recommended Malibu Pools who had used them in the past and said Malibu had a good reputation for paying their suppliers and subbies on time. That was the kind of company we wanted to deal with .We had a short list of pool companies, but in the end, Malibu Pools stood out. They were far more flexible and willing to work in with what we wanted . Nick Moore, their landscape architect, was very professional - he provided a draft plan and specification for us that was very detailed, as well as a 3D picture. Everything was more professional than their competition and their price was competitive. They've also been around for about 40 years - which impressed us . The most important thing for us however was the fact we could get the whole job done by one company....that made a big difference.In the end, we got exactly what we wanted. It's an excellent result, and we'd recommend Malibu Pools to anyone wanting a reputable, ethical and flexible pool company who'll do a professional job .Stephen & Leanne LanceBrisbane

Malibu Pools and spas offer amazing after sales service, in addition to beautiful pools! We had an issue with the pool cleaner purchased through Malibu, and the General Manager was in contact with us in mere hours, and arranged for someone to come and collect and replace it under warranty within a few days. The service we received completely exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended company.

To The Malibu Pool Team. Very professional and great workmanship. This is the first pool I have bought and it was a bit overwhelming at the start. Nick helped me with all of the silly questions and there were a few. My build was a bit complex and took longer than we stated but Karen and her team were always helpful. Moving dates was not a problem which helped me massively for my project. A big thanks for creating an awesome pool, you have my next pool.
