Great service and quality of alteration. I bought a pair of dickies which didn't fit properly so took them to 9 stitches and they took in the waist and the leg length. The pants were done within a few days and the quality of the fix is fantastic, no issues whatsoever and they fit so well! Will be back for more alterations in the future!

I recently had a 50 year old jacket that belonged to my late father altered.Cheng did a superb job and I am extremely happy with the results.Cheng's skills are equal to the Italian tailor that made the jacket all those years ago.She is brilliant! In addition, she is the most polite and accommodating person I know.

I have been to Nine Stitches for the last four years and am always so impressed when I pick up my items. I have had pockets removed on dresses, the shoulders on an oversized coat brought in (this was a mammoth job but looked incredible!) and zips fixed on some high waisted shorts. I have also had a dog kerchief made for a wedding and the bride and groom couldn’t have been happier with the result. The service is always excellent, on time and very friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service. Cheng managed to alter an absolutely massive pair of jeans for me down to my size, and the jeans look as if they were never altered. The price was also very reasonable. I cannot recommend 9 stitches enough. Thank you so much Cheng!

Wonderful service!The ladies at 9 stitches are truly delightful. They helped me when I was in desperate need of curtains for my children's bedroom. Dropped off curtains to be shortened at 11 and by 3 they were done. The ladies were very understanding if my predicament and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.

Lovely work at decent prices. The surprising number of customers suggests I'm not the only one who has come to this conclusion. Tiny but very neat inside. And the lady who runs the place seems to under-promise and over-deliver, and is generally a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve been to 9 Stitches for a few minor alterations previously and they have always been so kind and done a great job. This time I came with a suit I was sent to wear as part of a Bridal Party - it didn’t fit my body at all and I was doubtful that anything could be done to make me feel comfortable in it. They basically had to recut the whole suit, and they did an incredible job! I’m so happy and so grateful - I highly recommended 9 Stiches and trust them with any job!

Was charged upfront before the work was done, and was very unhappy with the result. The jacket fitted worse than when I took it in there, the buttons did not do up at the front and the shoulders were bunched up and odd. She did not remove the shoulder pads as requested. When I asked her what could be done to fix it up ,she said nothing" unless I paid the fee again. Then she yelled at me

I was looking for a place to fix up my pants in Northcote and noticed this place had a perfect score of 5.0. Boy, it didnt disappointment! All my three pants now fit me so well and the cost involved was super reasonable.
