After receiving the wrong pizza I called to notify the restaurant that a mistake occurred. Mistakes happen, that is ok! Rather then apologising for the mix up the male owner started yelling at me and insisted I was lying. I have never in my life been spoken to in such an aggressive manner. For years I have supported this business but after the way I was treated I sadly can’t support them anymore.The younger staff are extremely accomodating and kind! Management should follow their lead and treat customers with a bit more respect.

My 9 year old daughter wanted to order her own meal over the phone.She called house of salad during a busy period. The women on the other end of the phone quickly recognised it was a child, stopped what she was doing and gave her full attention. Explained the difference between the pastas on the menu etc.I was listening on the other end and was very impressed.This phone call could have gone two ways. Either cut my daughters confidence down, or built her up.My daughter was so proud after ordering her own dinner, which is massive for a young ladies growth.Thank you house of salad. Not only is your food excellent, but your customer service and experience is second to none.

We had an absolutely lovely spontaneous dinner here on a Wednesday night. Cosy atmosphere, warm and attentive staff and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the gnocchi bolognese and Californian pizza (gluten free base was delicious). Would travel here from Docklands again anytime!
