Hearts Dental

I have been going to Hearts Dental for a few years now and can highly recommend Dr Sue Lim. She is an excellent dentist, caring and a perfectionist.

I recently went to Hearts Dental to have a wisdom tooth removed, the staff there are fantastic! They explained very clearly every step of the process and answered every question I had. I’ve been to other dentists and have had bad experiences, but at Hearts Dental, the level of expertise and kindness is A+ I highly recommend them! I’m very glad that they are local to me.

Firstly, thank you so much Dr Qing for all the treatments and I really appreciate the wonderful work you’ve done. You’ve been gentle, careful and so thoughtful, made me feel so well looked after. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received from the minute I walked in the clinic and up to the end of my appointment, and I can honestly say, it is by far my best one. I’m quite happy that all of my dental concerns have been addressed. Most of all, I got a better understanding of my dental condition, far more enlightening and reassuring than my previous dentist whom I thought at that time was my best one.Also on behalf of my two daughters who had their dental appointment that same day, we want to thank Dr Sophia for an impressive job of looking after them (not a single crying moment or tantrum!), making it a truly enjoyable dental experience especially for the youngest one as it’s her first time. Dr Sophia is really great with kids as she makes them feel at ease, and she’s able to communicate well to make them listen and follow. She also educated the girls about dental hygiene which has got them engaged in looking after their teeth.We highly recommend Hearts Dental, and certainly looking forward to our next dental appointment :)

I’ve been going to Hearts dental for a while, the clinic is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend Dr Qing, she is extremely professional and thorough, every thing is clearly explained here.Dr Qing and her team are absolutely amazing at the work they do. My teeth have been in perfect condition since visiting here. I also got my botox injection here last month, slightly stingy, big difference.

I did my check up and cleaning with dr Qing, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever seen! She’s very gentle and make me feel comfortable in the clinic, and I like her polishing my tooth! All staff are kind and Muti languages. Strong recommend!

Dr Sue did a great job of persisting with a difficult tooth extraction that eventually came out in 11 pieces and taking up most of the afternoon. Her assistants wear also great. Amazing bedside manner by all.

Dr Vesna Saint is the most kindest sweetest person I have come across. She is warm and lovely and made me feel very comfortable and pain free. She was very informative about the treatment performing and very patient with me.Every single person is lovely and professional.Definitely highly recommended.Will never go anywhere else

Writing this review from the perspective of a fellow dentist:My visit to Hearts Dental was overall a great experience would highly recommend.Came here because was a student of Dr. Qing back in the days of dental school in the University of Melbourne. All my treatments were performed by Dr. Sophia. My first visit was for a filling. Dr. Sophia was very gentle, patient, and is a perfectionist ensuring I have a good filling while being very efficient. I did not sit for long and the filling was done. No issues and no sensitivity, nice and smooth with flossing till now. I also had my wisdom teeth extracted here. My experience was a pain-free surgical extraction executed flawlessly and meticulously by Dr. Sophia with guidance and assistance by Dr. Qing. My lower wisdom teeth were on the verge of requiring referral to oral surgeon specialists. While Dr. Sophia was experienced and more focused in Root canal treatments and other aspects of general dentistry, she was willing to constantly refresh and expand herself to other aspects of dentistry. Dr. Qing, on the other hand, is a humble, experienced dentist with over 13 years of clinical experience who enjoys teaching students back in the days when she used to be a clinical demonstrator in Melbourne Dental School. Dr. Sophia and Dr. Qing are both lovely, responsible and caring dentists who truly put their “heart” in looking after their patients, and the clinic name “Hearts Dental” says it all.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Qing and her team. I’ve been a client of hers even before she started her own practice and despite her location being much further away than I prefer to travel, I can’t imagine another Dentist I trust more. She’s always shown great care and expertise and is patient, kind and caring. She’s always able to put me at ease and has a unique way of explaining treatment options. I highly recommend her and her practice. Thank you Dr Qing for your continued expertise and care.
