National Homes took so long to build my partners house (nearly 2 years) that she missed out on her landscaping package and solar rebate - around $5000.00! They admitted fault to the developer; supposedly due to a shortage of tradespeople, but because the 12 month time limit had expired the landscapers would not honour the contract.Once she had paid the final instalment National Homes didn't want to know her and didn't return phone calls. She has been waiting for six weeks since she moved in.

We are very happy with our home. Reality is, with any building project there can be problems, delays or worse. Our experience with National was quite the opposite. We had a few hiccups, but what we were most impressed with is how these were seamlessly handled. Nothing was a drama, everything got sorted quickly and we were delivered a house on time. Plus the quality of finish is extremely high. Delighted to recommend them.
