Retic Repair Man

While Andrew didn't end up coming to my house, he provided significant assistance via the phone after a rogue solenoid valve started leaking. He was very helpful, friendly, and didn't charge me anything for his professional advice. I will definitely contact him in the future if I have future retic problems.

Andrew has been very professional in fixing my retic, he promptly attended to our needs, and have gone above and beyond to assist us solve the bore pump issue. Would highly recommend him.

Repairman came to fix fault at my son's house. Said it was master solenoid. Replaced and tested it and said it worked but system still did not function. Decided it was a wiring fault in the roof. he was not qualified to go into the roof. His boss was but wouldn't do so in summer. Said we would have to fix wiring, but set master solenoid permanently on so system would would work. Left the connections in the rewired solenoid just twisted together with insulation tape around. System still didn't work. Called the boss, but no-one ever came back (I had paid the bill unfortunately). Because the master was on it put pressure on the next part of the system and a joint blew out at 3am one morning. When I fixed the joint, I brought wiring and tested the solenoid myself. After 30 minutes decided it was actually the controller at fault. Went to Total Eden and described the problem. The helpful guy there asked the controller type and then said he knew exactly what the problem was. Knackered capacitor. I got a replacement part for the controller for half the cost of the repair man's visit, fitted it in under a minute and it all works perfectly now. Then fixed the wiring connections properly and really replaced the master solenoid and diaphragm (retic repairman had put back the old solenoid, but still charged me for it. Don't go near them!

Had my reticulation re-done a month ago. After a few weeks pipes settled and was spraying radically (which I was warned about). Sent an email expressing my disappointment. Andrew responded promptly expressing he wanted me to be happy with system and willing to correct. That he did, He went above and beyond, checking with me at every port. After many hours to perfect it was fine. Must thank him for his graciousness and desire to satisfy.

Andrew was very prompt and responsive. Bob came around and fixed the problem. Very efficient service and good value for the amount charged. Keep it up.

Andrew took barely 5 minutes to adjust the controller and charged $99 for the service. His service was good but the fix could have been explained over the phone. Cannot believe the pricing, its is the worst I've experienced. I feel ripped off.

Called him before and he said he will get back to me but didn’t hear anything so called him and left a message still no reply
