I called Smart Temp direct about my thermostat which had become faulty beyond the 3 yr warranty period. Replacement via the original installer was going to be quite costly. Instead, John at Smart Temp express-posted a brand new thermostat at no cost to me whatsoever. Amazing! And replacing the unit was unbelievably simple - as easy as replacing batteries (which may have actually caused the problem). No technician required!Regarding batteries: The unit beeps to tell you when to replace batteries. I ignored the warning for too long which quite possibly caused the issue. But John wasn't concerned about that and replaced it anyway, no questions asked. I'm most grateful - thank you!

The customer service from Smart Temp Australia is outstanding. I own a commercial bakery in Abbotsford which relies heavily on a temperature controlled environment. Peter appreciated the urgency, was quick to diagnose the problem and had the controls replaced the same day!! Exceptional service and highly recommend the team.

Peter was great in solving the problem of my 14-year old control panel. He took the panel apart, cleaned the dirty parts and replaced the worn buttons. All done in 10 minutes and free of charge. Excellent customer services.

I ordered a new Smart Temp thermostat and dealt with Peter Simons. I have never had such amazing service: he followed up the late courier delivery (due to Covid) and endured at least four phone sessions helping us to install it, then a text to see that we were warm and all was ok. I wish he worked in Sydney...absolutely top class

Having had a Smart Temp contorler installed at our new house to replace the 30+ yr old one, we were at first pleased with the product. However there was a fault with the controller after 6 months use. I called and spoke to John and he straight away offered to send out a new one which he did and that worked. Then that one showed the same fault and i was ready to demand a refund and go elsewhere. But John's level of customer service was incredible and he went above and beyond by personally dropping off a new unit. He also explained to me the cause of the fault. As a result i have regained trust in him and his business.Well done John.
