Darwin Honda has appalling customer service. Used to be owned by a couple of seemingly decent people but now assumed and owned by Kerry's group. Vultures they are and absolute rip-offs. Employees are unprofessional, one in particular in the service centre area, has no customer service and lacks any social communicative abilities. Disgusting business to deal with. I love Honda brand but am loath to buy another from the only Darwin Honder dealer. Will have to buy a car not owned by the Kerry's group. My family got positive and fair results via Honda Australia.

I'm actually quite disappointed. They charged me $132 to tell me to go see an Auto Electrician because they couldn't fix the problem I had. Then I had to pay the Auto Electrician as well. Not impressed in this instance. They usually provide great service.

Very professional valet-style service when I went to drop the car off. Staff were there immediately waiting with papers in hand. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything thoroughly done within 3hrs ready for pickup. They even washed the exterior of the car. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

The worst car service centre in Darwin in not Australia! A dingy place, rude manager and the worst technicians that even cannot repair Honda cars! Be careful if you take your car to this centre as they might rip you off. Been ripped off as the technician could not detect the fault and I was charged for replacing irrelevant parts. Lost more than 2.5k on this ...

Can't agree with arief more. A tall dark brown hair guy came to meet us, who didn't even introduce himself and conclude the sales"(?) in one minute.DO NOT GO THERE!! You will only get yourself pissed off!! Go visit other auto shops where provide professional customer service. If you really need a Honda car go to Honda shops in other state otherwise you'll feel like you're begging to purchase a car. Lol"

Always comes here to get my car serviced. However, I was disappointed on how they forget to install some minor parts in the interior and have to come back again which is a huge hassle and I’m 30mins drive from Darwin City. I had my expectations set since the cost of having your car fixed here is not cheap! Also, some labour marks like black fingerprints were visible on the exterior of the car since it's white. However, the staffs were great and helpful. I would love to come back again since I never had issues with my car after servicing.
