Best service ever. Walked in and was immediately sat down. They were very thorough and I honestly didn’t have to say much. They were very kind when I needed some tweaking and my paraffin wax and pedicure was absolutely heavenly. I am literally going back in a week and a bit for my birthday because it was so good. And considering everything I got it was a very reasonable price.

The girls are amazing and always running on time . . My nails are perfect every timeWouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Frequently go past this salon and think it looks beautiful so when I needed to get my sns nails with a tip removed I thought I would try Fleur nail lounge, thinking I would potentially get a manicure also. However I left the salon so upset, in pain and horrible and not continuing with a manicure because of the treatment and stare my nails were left in. When I explained what nails I had and asked for them to be removed the worker opened her drawer and pulled out two fake nails, which left me confused but let her continue. She then proceeded to just pop and scrape the fake nail off of my natural nail. This process was somewhat painful on most nails but toe curling on other nails for instance my right hand thumb has a damaged nail from childhood with the centre not meeting correctly and in her process of removing she split the nail further down to my cuticle which she resolved with glueing the nail back together. As you can see my nails were left with so much damage and are now very thin and fragile. My nail beds feel tender and I’m so disappointed in spending my money on a treatment I could have done at home with more patience’s and care.Do not go for removal of nails

My partner has been a loyal customer at Fleur for years. She introduced me to the salon. I have attended there. Her daughter has also attended there. All thanks to her referral. She and I have spent a lot !!! of money at Fleur. She had a nail appointment there today. She patiently waited and waited even when the nail tech served a woman before her - who had no appointment but simply came to the counter asking for a brow service. When my partner complained after waiting for 30 minutes and doing half her nails herself! (Shellac removal and filing!) the tech was disgustingly rude. The way she spoken to my partner was nothing short of appalling! Especially as my partner has done nothing wrong and as I say has been attending here for years. Never again will we 3 attend Fleur! Arndale or West Lakes is the go now. 3 customers lost and 2 well deserved bad reviews. Disgusting.

Services was beyond my expectations, was booked in for acrylic full set with nail art (last minute decision) even though they were quite busy the technician still manage to squeeze some time in to do the nail art for me. Highly recommended

No nail tech available. 2 on duty. A lady came to service counter. Tech got up and asked if she had an appointment she stated she did not. Asked for eyebrow wax and tint. Left me waiting to attend to her. Now over my appointment time. Tech then came to me for 2 minutes and put shellac remover on my nails. After 20 minutes I started to remove shellac myself. Once it was removed I started filing my nails myself. Truly unbelievable. After 30 minutes now 2.45! tech came back. I said “I should get some discount today as I’ve done half my nails myself” she stated she was sorry (one good thing) and that “you’re often late too”. That made me see red. I couldn’t believe my ears. I have NEVER been late for an appointment there. I pride myself on being organised and on time. I said “no I’m not and if that’s the case you should ring me but I know I’m never late”. My partner was next to me and agreed I never run late. After years of attending Fleur and bringing my daughter and partner in and literally spending hundreds upon hundreds of dollars to be treated like dirt is APPALLING. I’ll never give them by business again. Disgusting.

I had the best experience. The ladies were very pleasant and courteous. I was very pleased with how my nails looked. Thank you very much. I will be back and I will recommend this nail service to my friends

I have been going to Fleur nails for over a year now and cannot recommend them enough. The staff are always super friendly and their work is impeccable! They take their time so it never feels like they are rushing like other nail salons.
