It has been only been three weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by First Grammar Epping. Being the second time I enrolled my daughter to daycare after a long break and moving houses, we were lucky enough to find this centre. The educators are very caring and have shown their support and warmth towards my daughter from the start. The facilities, daily updates and overall communication are great. Thanks to all the team for their fantastic work.

Absolutely love this centre for my daughter Layla, the educators make me feel very comfortable so I know my daughter is very well taken care of & in good hands. The centre manager Patricia has helped my daughter settle in great!

The staff are all very experienced and really lovely. My daughter absolutely loves attending and is so happy to see the educators and her friends. She has dietary requirements which was a stress for me but has always been well managed here. I love the daily updates through an app so I can see what she's been up to, know what she's had for lunch etc. Highly recommend the centre!

I highly recommend this daycare!My daughter has been going to daycare since 10 months old and shes 19 months now. This centre has been the best experience and such a pleasure for my girl and myself.The carers there, are extremely professional, kind and hands on with all of the children. Its such a happy and positive environment that has provided me a sense of ease to know my daughter is cared for to the highest quality and that she generally loves her time there. As soon as we arrive she is happy to leave me and walk down to her room without tears.

Since the first day my son started at First Grammar we felt very welcomed by its friendly staff. The quality of care they provided went beyond my expectations. No matter the time of the day the staff always had a smile in their faces and always cared about my child's needs We had a great experience at the centre and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with the service provided by this center. All the educators are very caring. I would like to thank all of the educators (esp Chetna, Sonia) for caring & providing best quality care. My son enjoyed his time here. We had regular updates about the child throughout the day. Highly recommend to everyone.

Staff are wonderful! My daughter started here when she was 2 and ut was the best decision we made. The staff (Ha and Sindhu in particular) are always do welcoming and make drop off feel as smooth as possible. Regular updates throughout the day of what they are doing, eating etc. Such a special place. Highly recommend
