Critch Engineering were great. We had to get our sump plug fixed n rethreaded. He came to house to help but realized the tool didn't fit he then returned to the workshop and cut the tool in half so he could use it. Came back and fixed it quick as. Awesome job thankyou so much. Highly Recommended.

After removing the hub on my recently purchased boat trailer to grease the bearings, I discovered that the bearings casings were seized on the axel and I obviously could now not move the trailer and boat without installing new bearings - a job that would have taken me several hours to resolve. So I contacted John and he kindly came over, removed the seized casings with finesse and repacked the bearings onsite in just one hour. I am really not sure when I would have had the time to address these bearings and now, thanks to John, we are going boating this weekend! Thank you again John :)
