Novo Point Cook Stockland goes above and beyond.A big thank you to the staff member at Point Cook who went above and beyond to make my experience at the store a great one.I gave you list of what I didn’t want and what I did want. You were able to assist me in purchasing a comfortable pair of boots and a matching bag.After being closed to the retail experience for nearly 2 years in Vic due to Covid it’s so nice to get out and interact with organisations and staff that love what they do, and provide and encourage a high level of customer service.
