Would NOT Recommend - the quality of product and customer service is poor.We do not like giving a review like this but feel people should know of the quality of products they maybe purchasing.We purchased 6 sets of door handles for a customer and within 1 month the handles had started to peel, sent photo (showing handles fitted to the doors) who said they could not exchange handles before they reviewed them, so had to buy more to replace while they reviewed handles, thinking that we would get an exchange and refund for 2nd lot, turns out that the premium grade 304 stainless steel " powder coated handles were not covered under any warranty or apparently recommended for an external door

POOR QUALITY PRODUCT & SERVICE , This company do NOT stand by their own products, they did not take ownership of the faulty product they sold us and now we are out of pocket by over $700 dollars. and we are Trade, hate to see what they do to little customers.. AFTER complaining that the handles were faulty, they told us that the handles were recommended" for internal use

QUALITY OF PRODUCT CAN NOT BE TRUSTED and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.We had our sliding door handles replaced by All Sliding Door Repairs using C.R Laurence black handles with a total of 6 sets. The handles start to peel and flake within 4 weeks of installation. C.R Laurence requested we purchased another set and return the faulty ones for review. However after we did this, the company told us it was a powder coated finish but not designed for indoor use. They clearly knew the location of the handles during the process of findings a solution. On top of that, we took the handles to a powder-coater who has given us a report that the handles were never power coated in the first place.C.R Laurence have not provided an explaining or even tried to find a resolution.Very very disappointing for such a large company
