F45 Training Bundoora

F45 Bundoora is an amazing studio! The coaches and community are all so friendly and welcoming. I love coming every session because of the variety of exercises. Having the trainers and studio technology makes it super easy to focus on the targets of the workout! Special shout-out to coach Chloe for being so welcoming, knowledgeable and always having a smile on her face to get us through our session!

THE BEST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN A PART OF!The owner and trainers are all passionate about helping members succeed and reach their goals.Trainers are constantly encouraging me to push my limits and correcting my form.The VIBE and ENERGY at F45 Bundoora makes it addictive, definitely worth the burn!I would 100% recommend anyone thinking about it to give it a go! You won’t be disappointed.

I went to this F45 after my first daughter was born, and now again after my son. The trainers are so personable and understanding, and you really get your sweat on! I would definitely recommend this studio, as the community vibes are rocking here!

WHAT A GYM! I’ve been to a few but not like this one. The workouts are intense but in a good way. The community is incredible, so supportive and encouraging. And now for the trainers!!! Stella, Senan, Sarah, Chloe, Jenna, Brooklyn.. their ability to get the maximum performance and to keep you going throughout the session and journey is what holds me accountable to reach my ultimate goals!F45 is for everyone, no matter your circumstances there’s always a way to modify and makes sure you’re moving the whole session!

Great place to workout in a team environment, meet new people and improve mental & physical health. The coaches are amazing and shout out to Chloe for always being so energetic and motivating!

I’ve done group classes in the past and I’ve never enjoyed them as much as I do at F45 Bundoora. Showing up to the classes is the highlight of my day every day!When you walk into the room, you’re welcomed with bright smiles from not only the staff but the other customers as well. The trainers are so helpful during the sessions, making sure you’re using the correct form and providing alternative exercises for past/current injuries. The trainers are interested in the goals you want to achieve and provide help throughout each session to ensure you achieve them. The Bundoora team is all in the greatest!

Training here has been by far the best choice I’ve made. Senan and all the trainers are super nice and friendly and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at and will work with you no matter what goal it is that you wanna achieve. It’s always something different when you go in for the classes and I guarantee you will walk out at the end of each session feeling amazing. The workouts are fun and never boring the trainers will push you to your limits but so worth it at the end. I would highly recommend this gym to all friends and family :)
