If you don't have experience about cars, i suggest not to go with them. They will never tell you if there is any problem with the car. I bought a car from them, they did not mentioned that, there is a transmission problem. they sold the car to me. when i checked with other mechanic, I got to know that it is problematic car. They are not honest. When i ask them, they replied that they can not do anything, i have to get it repaired outside.

I bought a cheap car, that only needed minor repairs from my local mechanic. Friendly service - I needed a lift from Villawood station to pick up the car. They're only too happy to help. I got what I paid for, but friendly customer service is priceless.I've recommended them to neighbours.

I honestly do expect better form a car dealership, but maybe my standards are to high, Yes the car I purchased from here was $2,500 drive away, but to them have to pay transfer and Stamp duty at RMS, along with engine issues within the first 3 weeks of owning the car, and to receive a car that has a Key remote that does not work, to find that it has been glued shut, costing me even more is really disappointing. I do not think that it is to much to ask for for some standards. To sell a car that has bow n and faulty lights, engine issues but to say that you check all of your cars is just straight up B.S. think I will stick to private sellers, cause you know they only paid 500 for the car.

I bought a car here and trusted that the car would be in somewhat good condition. I brought the car back multiple times to get fixed and while they would fix one issue, they would ignore the others I told them about. I am now out thousands of dollars and the car is useless with numerous problems. I never got a warranty for the car either. So disappointed for losing all that time and money.

Very good customer service, I brought a car from them at a good price, they fixed all issues with the car and were extremely helpful. But it's always best too shop around, definitely a 9/10 star rating.

I purchased a little Volvo for my daughters here and have been very impressed. I wasn't expecting great things from such a cheap car but Robbie and the boys took the time and made the repairs necessary without argument. Always followed up and always ready to take a call. Bought a car from them a month ago, they never told me about the engine leak problem. I've spend so much on this car to fix it and its totally not worth it. These guys are cheaters and will do anything to get rid of their cars at any cost. Avoid them at all cost.

Staff where not polite and are rather pushy. They said they had put aside the car for me, but when i was inspecting it they sold it to someone else and never had the courtesy to even warn me that others were interested in the car. They then tried to up sell me to a completely different car than the one i was looking at even though i informed them that it was not what i was looking at or even in my price range.Ended up walking away angry and dissappointed.Parking is on a side street, loose gravel and wash aways make walking the lot difficult. The cars are packed in making it hard to even open the car doors enough to get in and out of the cars. Wobbly steps to get into the office, which is as filthy as a dirty public toilet.Avoid at all costs, not worth the time, effort or trauma.
