As i gauged what materials i required for a DIY gardening job, my email was responded to very promptly with a quote. The price was the cheapest and most convenient within Adelaide. It was completed a week early and when i went to pickup, it was loaded onto my roof racks for me. I installed the product and its ready for my climbing plants.For those wanting more info:This is regular fencing rail 38x25 RHS.Ive had it powder-coated to match the fence.They cut the rails to my specifications.Saddles were powder-coated.Thank you!

I Recently purchased a gable verandah and a flat roof carport for my new house, Bargain Steel Centre were great from the word go. They were very helpful in doing all the council and the structures went up without a problem! So very happy with the customer service and the product itself. Today I called in to collect my order from BSC I was confronted with this sign (see pic). The office staff were fantastic assisted me with extra purchase and arranged for all my goods to be delivered to my car. The gentleman from the warehouse exceeded my expectation in his service and care. All I can say is Bargain Steel Centre has their act together in the management of COVID 19 for their staff, customers and delivery drivers!!! Worst experience ever. I walked in at 4:30pm. The elderly man was busy talking on phone, finally after waiting for 10 minutes all i got was rudeness and discrimination. Been visiting this store often, but now I won’t. Should learn some customer service.

Don’t recommend this place at all.I was hesitant at first to buy through Bargain Steel as a mate of mine had waited 2 years to get a shed supplied and installed. However, I thought I’d give them a go as they were close. I ordered 13 panels from Bargain Steel, paid for them upfront to secure. Called on the Saturday to advise I was coming to collect, was notified all panels were ready to go. Got there, was advised by the storeman that there were actually only 9 panels and they had sold the rest. Office staff advised they would get the remaining 4 panels delivered to my address the following Tuesday. Come Tuesday, no panels and no phone call, I chased up and was advised they had forgotten about my panels at which I was again promised a follow up, however once again nothing. Now 6 weeks later, still no correspondence and no outlook on where the panels are or even an attempt to sort something out. I had to make several follow up calls and the outcome was a refund.Tells you something when staff tell you themselves that the business lacks organisation.Pretty poor service and exceptionally bad after sales service, I will not be a returning customer to this business. Disappointed to say the least.
