The agent has failed us ( the tenants of a rental in Greystanes ) as a property manager. They were unable to arrange a repair to a toilet for almost the entire period of our twelve month lease, and repeatedly failed to follow up the issue. This is in stark contrast to their systems for collecting rent. The agency left the 'For Lease' sign on the property for six weeks after we moved in; I ended up removing it myself as no-one came out to do it. Eventually it was picked up. I first communicated issued with a partially blocked toilet only weeks after moving in ( it never worked properly ) and incredibly the toilet was still not working by the time we moved out twelve months later. By then it was completely unusable and smelt like sewage. This agency appeared to us to be there only for the landlord to collect rent, and was not interested in any issues faced by tenants, but treated them with discourtesy and disrespect. Very disappointing.

Not only she is very professional and thorough with her job, she always thrive to provide me the best possible services as well as the best advice as the landlord. Provided that, she also took care of my tenants who were very happy with her. She makes things happen in an appropriate and fairly manner.I must mention that for an insurance claim for my property due to a storm, she so articulately documented the incident for me that my insurance claim became extremely easy. She is such a dedicated person that she kept helping me with this claim even when she was COVID positive! I am extremely thankful for her selfless helpful attitude.Anita is an asset to any property management agency, I hope she remains my property manager while I have the property.
