Vibrant Heart Wellness
I’ve been attending Michelle’s classes for a few months now and am very happy with how the classes help my body and spirit . The time goes so quickly . Michelle’s voice is so calm and soothing it’s a challenge to stay awake in Savashana (relaxation at the end) I love how I sometimes notice the energy moving through my body after a Kryia .I would highly recommend these classes . I’m sure you wouldn’t be disappointed.

This is a wonderful yoga class and run by the most wonderful and knowledgeable teacher Michelle. I stepped into her class recently for the first time and was utterly wowed. The welcome was warm and the overall class is excellent. Thank you Vibrant Heart Wellness!
