Angel Nails Upper Coomera

I’m a regular customer and today I’m definitely not happy with the service that I have received. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and was assured that the service would be provided as it’s done often. I told them if they couldn’t do it please tell me and I’d be happy to get something else but they assured me it could be done. They used craft paint to do it.. not even nail polish. After several attempts at trying to do the ombré they removed it as they weren’t happy and tried again. I was told that it wasn’t yet complete and it would be blended in to achieve the ombré affect and it wasn’t. I was so upset and angry that I just had to pay and leave. I rang up and said that I wasn’t happy and that what you promised was far from delivered and I wanted it to be corrected. They told me I could come back only if I paid more money to correct it as I was asked once if I was happy and I said yes I am happy with the colour but not the application. I’m not one to complain but it looks horrible. You’ve lost a very loyal customer and others I know are now also taking their business else where. I’ve also attached the picture of what I asked for and what I got

Never going back. Cut multiple times by nail tech. With electric circular file and nail file. Started bleeding instantly and she only wiped it off a bit then painted over blood on nail which I can see faintly. Now left with sore fingers hopefully won’t get infected.. and I’m sure those items aren’t ones that get cleaned. While I was there another lady came in and complained about her set of nails not staying on and left annoyed and terrible customer service to a customer who was asking for it to be fixed.

Very friendly staff & did an amazing job on my french tips. Will definitely be back. Super relaxing environment wasn't loud and noisy so made it very calming. Definitely recommend.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had, pictures speak by itself.All dead skin that was very super obvious and didnt get removed, unevenly cut nails, edges are not cut and no gel polish on tips of nails. never going back there

This is my second time going in here. First experience was amazing but the second was a disaster! The lady did the wrong shape then started yelling that I said I wanted that shape. She ended up not doing my nails propley and I was disappointed with the results!

I travel up from Canberra and never fail to visit the ladies here. Hands down (and toes) the best nail place I’ve ever been to, and better than any in Canberra!

I have been going here for years and won't return after today. I asked the girl to fix my nail with an overlay like the others do three times and she just glued it. I also asked for the same shape as I had and which she could clearly see and she gave each nail a different shape. Missed spots when painting l. Was so rushed I couldn't even be bothered arguing about it. I left and then had to shape my nails myself all the same shape and get rid of the rough parts. Not impressed at all!!! I was the last one in and the first one out. Worst experience ever

was very dissatisfied. this one nail tech that I had was very rude, treating me like I was dumb and making me feel like an idiot in front of the whole store. Another lady that was near me also complained about her nail tech in front of the whole store as she felt a similar way. First and last time visiting, heard the store owner is nice so it really is a shame that their workers are acting like this.
