Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning Osborne Park

We are exceptionally pleased with the service Toni and his team provided for the design and installation of a new Daikon system.Things were very clearly detailed so we knew exactly what we were getting, the team was patient and very personable each step (We took a while to pull the trigger, obtained several quotes and had way too many questions). The guys worked incredibly hard to complete the installation in one, very hot day and were tidy with the removal and disposal of our outdated wall and evaporative units. We've been very happy with the result this summer and highly recommend F&D.

GO WITH THEM FOR GREAT SERVICEFord and Doonan installed the Daiken Air Conditioning in our new house in late 2021. The unit was problematic with an ongoing intermittent fault which concerned us. Right from the start Mat and his technical team worked to resolve the technical issues. This included engaging Daiken, flow testing, gas changeovers and basically analysing the components of the air conditioner. At no stage did we feel a resolution was headed to a third party with the involving Consumer Affairs. Mat and his team were as frustrated as we were. Early this year Ford and Doonan osborne Park kept good there original offer and replaced the whole unit both in the roof space and compressor outside. The changeover was seemlesd and the two young tradesmen did a great job. This was exceptional service and hence the positive review. I live in a older complex and my unit is down the other end from the power supply. Before I got on to Ford & Doonan Osborne Park I had three other crowds out to quote and all declined, putting it in the too hard basket. Bruce came with a problem-solving attitude from the get-go and pretty quickly put together a viable solution. Excellent service and installation. Bruce explained all the options and gave me enough information to choose the correct system to install, with a Samsung S2 7.1kW system. He knew we were having a tenant looking at moving in and made sure the aircon was installed well in a timely manner, even calling me to bring it forward as a time slot opened up.Bruce gave excellent service and was always available to answer any questions.The tenant moved in and from all reports the system is working really well.I'd definitely use Ford Aand Doonan Osbourne Park again.

Repeat customer who had a good experience. We had the downstairs done previously with F&D and this year the very old upstairs aircon packed up. I rang Bruce, a sales guy who cares, and the installation was led again by the highly competent Shaun. Old one out, new one in, no mess, on time, on budget, no dramas. It isn't cheap but this is serious equipment and tricky installation. They were also very considerate of our cat and dog.

Bruce has been thorough with the site inspection, trying to understand our needs, planning, and follow-up. Shaun and Jake did a great job installing the 8-zone system in one day. Shaun even took note of our undersized wiring from the street and put in an appropriate main switch for safety and compliance. The system has been running smoothly and we look forward to enjoying it over the coming winter and many years to come.

Simply the best in the business. We had a Daiken ducted system with AirTouch2 and extra insulated roof cavity ducting installed. I was recommended Ford and Doonan by literally everyone !! It was no surprise when they ended being exceptional. We have used Ford and Doonan twice now, their advice is second to none, workmanship exceptional, they turn up when they say they will (absolute rarity these days!!), always give you the best price and all of their staff are expert, friendly and passionate about their field. We will only use Ford and Doonan now and we are very grateful to of found them. After sales care is just as good as above, do not trust your biggest investment to anyone else. We upgraded a few things as per the teams advice but they do not try to sell you everything, just what you need, they will tell you if you want something that is unnecessary. Thank you to the entire team at Ford and Doonan, there’s a reason you are the industry leader by a long shot !!

The Ford and Doonan team were totally professional from start to finish and they delivered on what was promised. By the end of the day my old unit had been removed with the unit being installed and working perfectly. A big thank you to Toni, Eric, Daniel and the rest of the team for doing a great job!
