This head office, logistics hub and training ground is clean, the outlay for different areas is easy to access, and it's very professional. If joining the Barminco team and conducting training at this Hazelmere office, you won't be disappointed. For early inductions and re-up training purposes just walk through the main entrance and follow the walk way right and you will see the training rooms.The lunch room here is really only for staff and trainees which makes it very affordable and a honestly the food is wonderful.

I'm writing this review as an applicant ('Entry Level Miner'.) I was knocked back after the second stage of the process. Just wanted to say that the process was professional and efficient, and the wording of all correspondence was well-written, respectful and polite. Time from the initial posting on SEEK (I applied same day) to my getting the bad news was only a week. This was far superior to other employers out there. Well done, Barminco!

Staff were nice and polite. The assessment day was quite informative. However the company's objectives and interests in some country's didn't align with my expectations.

Bad management breeds a bad culture. If a general manager grunts at his employees to greet them, uses foul language in front of everyone and can’t contain the noises in his bowels when he arrives at work each day, clearly the staff that work under him can’t strive for much better. Get rid of the dinosaurs Perenti.

They say they stand for quality, integrity and excellence but half of the management can't use spell correct or even spell check when it comes to sending an email. If you want to work for someone who looks after you just look past this employer and you will find.
