They can fix most problems and are quick to do so, but thats where it ends. No communication throughout the repair, no quote to advise repairs, just load the parts cannon and slap you with a bill. I'd recommend asking customers to allow 2-3hrs labour for initial diagnostics, then go from there.

Dropped my car off first thing in the morning, 4pm not a peep from them. Had to call them for an update to which the receptionist had no clue. Called back again and spoke to the technician who told me basically what I told them what the issue was in the morning and CHARGED ME FOR IT??! Dont think he even looked at the car - biggest scam ever

Charged me $300 just to let me know they couldn’t fix the problem. All they did was a diagnostic. Please get RAC to do this free of charge.A complete rip-off and waste of time.

The tteam at Hi Tech Auto Electris are a really professional outfit, were able to get me in on very short notice(same day) and had my car diagnosed fixed and even looked after me with price cost. Will be definitely be giving my mates their business card for any issus they might have. Thanks heaps to all the team

Very bad service they charge from me for fix ABS problems . But they do nothing only . After next my car have same problem .If you go next time for checking you pay extra more . They not told what is problems . Only give bill for pay.

Went in for an aircon regas, upon inspecting for about 5 minutes they told me something is wrong with the compressor and they are looking for parts to give the quote, then they came up they don’t have the parts and they need to get it from somewhere.I knew they were making things up and I asked for a written or printed note about what’s wrong so I can take it to Honda dealer, he initially refused and told me I can take the car back but he wouldn’t give any notes. I asked him again and then he threatened me saying he would charge me and gave a note and ripped me off $50. I went to another reputed place and got the aircon regassed and it is working fine. I showed the note to them and they told me these guys were trying to rip me off. They have a $139 aircon regas sign outside to lure you in and then rip you off with other stuff

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Clayton, Shane and the team at Hi Tech.
