Got a full set of sns done yesterday and the tip of one of my nails snapped off less than 24hrs later. The length is not what i asked for and the colour is different from the swatch i picked. Quite disappointed as this hasnt happened at other nail salons. Unfortunately will not be returning, which is a shame as it is local to me.

Get my eyebrows waxed here and have never had any problems. Staff are nice, kind and respectful. Staff always listen to my requests and discuss results with me.
