F45 Doreen has changed my life in so many ways. I love being able to work out with my husband, where we can take the same classes and adapt to our own fitness levels, under the exceptional expertise of our trainers. We also love the balance between cardio, weights and hybrid. F45 has become an addiction for us and our active lifestyle, and a big part of that is the awesome, inspirational, happy go lucky trainers.Love Our F45 Family ❤️

Great way to start your day, early morning sessions are full of fun and energy and the trainers make the sessions really enjoyable. Plus, the music gets you up and about - it’s a great way to start your day.

Thought I'd make it here 1 or 2 times per week. Can't stay away, 4-5 visits a week!! Great team, great atmosphere! Give it a go!

First session today.It is a quick work out, but definitely gets your heart pumping.Would reccomend for first timers. Staff were amazing; friendly and motivating.

I love going to F45 Doreen, I’m 51 in April and have been a member for three years. It’s something I look forward to everyday and is great for your mental health as well. I have been an active person my hole life and have never felt as fit and happy with myself as I do at the moment.It is easy to get motivated with the help of the coaches and it’s great training in a group environment, not to mention all the new people you meet and friends you make.My daughter has also become a member in the last six months. There’s nothing better than training and keeping fit with family.F45 is something I would recommend to everyone.Bazza
