My elderly grandparents’’ air con crashed on Christmas Eve. They have had some great ‘young blokes’ from this company service their air con before so called them again. The man who was called out was incredibly rude and almost aggressive in his tone to my grandparents. He constantly complained about being called away from his family on Christmas Eve, insisted on only being paid cash because “people like you don’t pay invoices”, he mentioned he was hungover and that he was ‘off to the trots’ tonight because my grandparents had ‘pulled him away from his Christmas’. He only had to replace the controller and it seemed like an easy fix. He demanded $470 in cash for the job and said ‘I don’t do invoices anymore because I don’t want to be called out’. This made my grandparents very stressed as they are pensioners and it was Christmas Eve. Various family members had to scrape together the cash to help them out as it was a very hot day and they needed it fixed. The price was fine but the tone and mannerisms of this man were extremely unprofessional l. Kindness costs nothing. Unfortunately my grandparents may not use this company again as this particular man left them feeling like they were a burden and an imposition. They were very upset with the service.

Andrew and the team at PalmAir provided fantastic prompt repair for my Evap Cooler. Quick with fantastic workmanship! Andrew took the time to explain the best solution. Experience technician who took pride in his trade. Won’t use anyone else from now on!

Andrew got back to me on a public holiday and had our heater replaced within a couple of days. The guys that did the job were friendly helpful and courteous. Great service!

Andrew and his team at PalmAir were fantastic. Lovely, prompt and extremely professional from first point of contact right through to the installation of the Air-conditioning system. All of my questions were answered, I had an in-depth run through of the system. These guys recently installed a new split system at both my mothers place and mine. They were great. Reliable, on time, did a very tidy job and were cheerful as they worked! I only wish all tradies were like them :) Thank you to Andrew and your team I would absolutely recommend your service.
