Rough rushed, lack of care and rubbish equipment. The place in Wynyard much better than this place. Stay away

They are excellent! One of the best! The staff are very friendly and very experienced and the location is very convenient.

Rubbish. Waited 30 minutes before being seen, nails were all filed unevenly and on an angle (i.e. one side way higher than the other), when I pointed it out, the girl kept on filing the shorter side down. I ended up using the nail file myself to tidy up, but right before she painted she filed them again! Paint job itself was rushed, then was kicked out of my seat within a minute of it being finished, despite pointing out how unhappy I was. Was then asked to wait for it to dry so they could try and fix it - no seats free so just had to stand around (without a fan either). Then another woman came over and proceeded to file the nails down, only to ruin the paint job! After trying (and failing) to convince me it looked fine (it didn't), she put another top coat on them all. Didn't cover the botched paint job. She ended up redoing three of the nails, but only put two coats on (rather than 3, which was on the others). When I expressed how unhappy I still was, was told oh well

Rough, rush and rude staff, not paying attention to details and over charges you for small things. Massage chair is not working either, don’t go there.

I work in the MLC tower and this place is great for a quick manicure on your lunch break. I usually get a manicure with shellac - $30 in cash or $35 on card. I can say they do a better job at a manicure than my local, however I noticed the first couple of times they did bad paint jobs that started peeling within a week. The last time I got them done the paint lasted about 3 weeks like my local nail salon. Overall great place for a quick manicure as they work fast, painting is a hit or miss and they conveniently located in the city with decent pricing.

Rude, slow, expensive - avoid. It’s a bad experience every time. I work in the building and won’t even go there.

Please try going to other places. This is the only place in Sydney which doesn’t know one single thing about acrylic or SNS full set it was horrible. Right from sticking the tip in a Bizzare angle to not buffing my nails, to putting layers after layered of product to cover their mistake and me ultimately paying $50 for some work that I would need to remove in a day. It was pathetic. They also have a sign saying “no refunds for their service” which means they have done this not just with me
