Temple & Webster Head Office (No Showroom)

We purchased the marble table top with gold legs plus 4 velvet navy blue chairs with gold legs after our brother and sister in law purchased the same table set, however with green chairs. We are more than happy with the quality of the table and chairs and would honestly recommend this set from temple and webster. Temple and webster were helpful to fix any issues without a hassle to ensure we were happy!

I would deeply suggest your change delivery company as my experience today with Hunter Express was dreadful. I got a text a day or so ago where is you were not not could they leave it and there is space to say where you would like the item left. I sad under the car port which is just by my front door. I was home all day. They did not knock to see if I was home. I live in a battle axe block which has a very long driveway. Every other delivery driver has the skills to drive down. Not the one today. It was left at the top of my drive way just near the road. It was not a safe place to leave it and could have easily been stolen. I have Multiple Sclerosis and was left to drag a very heavy rug down the driveway. This was just laziness on the part of Hunter Express. If this who Temple & Webster choose to deliver items, it is not worth purchasing from your organization.Thank you Helen for responding however I am not your friend having a drink at the pub. I am a customer and would prefer to deal with someone with manners rather than Hey Patricia"."

First time buying a bunch of furnitures from Temple & Webster and it was very disappointing.Some of the bulky furnitures including TV unit, 3 seater sofa bed, glass dining table set was delivered by Allied Express. Worst delivery service ever.Note: IF YOU LIVE IN A UNIT, THEY WON’T DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR. EXPECT TO PAY AND DO THE HEAVY LIFTING YOURSELF.Went down to help the guy with the entrance door and the lift, only to find that he won’t deliver up to my unit and “you should’ve paid the extra cost at the delivery option to get it delivered to door”. I did not find such option at Temple & Webster. If I had seen such option, trust me I would pay for it on top of my $340+ delivery fee.Delivery guy also said “look, if you really need help, you should contact the shop (T&W) and they should send someone to help you out”. So I should just leave my 5 bulky boxes in the lobby for ..days? Or weeks? Great.Not to mention that the items delivered are missing their parts.Dining table set of 4 chairs - only the dining table came and no chairs.Sofa bed - comes in 3 separate box (3/3). Third box are missing.Delivery guy said he hasn’t seen it anywhere in the truck or in the depot, so I should contact the shop myself.At this point, I don’t know who is more frustrating. But I can definitely say, had T&W chose a more reliable delivery company, the experience would not be half as bad.

Love my new sideboard. My only criticism is the delivery, it was prompt, however it was left on the doorstep, with a txt saying delivered. I am a 64 year old woman and this is an 80kg item, took me a long time to wrangle it inside (but I did). Would've been helpful for the driver to knock and see if I was home. No criticism against the actual piece of furniture. I love it. A good solid piece. Very happy, will use T&W again.Update on my review ... Contacted by Alicia and Helen from Temple and Webster re delivery of item. I received a 50% discount on delivery fees. WOW how amazing is that! I would give a higher rating if possible. Truly amazing! I totally recommend shopping with Temple and Webster **********

I've used this company a few times with generally good results, but the real test is how they react if something goes wrong. In this case, they failed miserably.The shipping company lost one package in the consignment. I contacted T&W many times to get an update. They never had one, and so I also spent time chasing the shipping company. Every time I contacted them they offered to refund me, not to help resolve the problem sooner.After several days of the shipping company delays I eventually gave up and asked T&W to reship the goods . I also asked them to have a manager contact me so we could discuss them providing my with a partial refund. The manager never called me so I contacted them a couple of times to repeat my request.Eventually one did, and they offered a gift voucher on the condition that I reordered the goods again. I refused and insisted that the good be delivered off the existing order and that the refund be in actual money.They also said that the goods would be further delayed but they would look into it. I told them to ring me back in a couple of hours but they did not. When I rang in to chase it up, they said that they would process the refund using money, not gift cards and that the good would be picked up today.I still don't know when the goods will arrive. Maybe next week. Who knows?What I can say with certainty is that unless you chase them T&W do nothing to help you. They won't actively try to recover the situation unless you hound them every day.Edit: My estimated delivery date is Wednesday. Here's a suggestion for Helen: ring the shipping company and put this delivery on priority. It's something your staff could have done at many points in the past after I complained, but never did until it was too late.

I love my bed and bedside tables. Good quality and speedy delivery with no hassles. I'm now waiting on a canvas print I have ordered to go above the bed .

Better than I expected for the price. Well packaged in a single box and delivered within a week. Easy to put together and very comfy. They are soft to touch, not cold and plastic feeling. They do have solid plastic ends on the feet but I’m worried about the floors so I’ve ordered some Chair Caps and then I know they’ll be fine.I just wish I could buy 1 or 2 more but they only come in 4s!

We have only ever received excellent service from Temple and Webster. We have ordered many furniture items before and the delivery time is also so efficient. Our latest purchase was a 2 tiered wood shoe rack for our entrance hall. We love the fresh contemporary look and simple design!

Love Temple & Webster have purchased many furniture pieces from there and they are quality and look beautiful in my home. Never had a problem with them. Would highly recommend just keep an eye on the shipping costs as they can get a bit pricey. I try to keep the costs down by buying when they have a free shipping sale. Some of the things I have purchased, a bed…side table and bedside table lamp.
