Friendly knowledgeable service from both the pharmacists and sales assistants. Prices are just as competitive as the big discount chemists ...but you get the friendly one on one service that you can't get from those big places! Support your local...I certainly will!

Great help! The pharmacist was easy going and spoke to me like a normal human. He explained everything well, I left feeling confident! I'll be back again.

All the staff are amazing but Nam goes above and beyond for his clients wellbeing. His support of my adult son has been comprehensive and unwavering. Cannot express how grateful we are.

The retail sales staff are exceptional. However the two pharmacists. Wow. Johnny and Nam I must agree the obnoxious nature of them both is appalling. I ordered a sleep test machine. Received a text stating the machine was ready. Proceeded to store. I was told to come back another day by Johnno at 3.30 he then stated that might not suit you with kids so after 3.30 when both he and Nam are there. I dutifully did as he requested. I was met by Nam, Johnno in background, I said hi I’m here to have the training on my sleep machine ($99 fee for one night mind you!). Nam then disappeared. To talk to Johnno. He then came back out and in front of myself, my 11 year old daughter, clients and staff berated me like a small child. “Johnno told you to come at 3.30! He can’t see you now!”. It was dumbfounding. Disgustingly rude. Especially as I’ve been attending this Amcal for years. Rude beyond reproach. Needless to say I never bothered getting my sleep test machine. They are clearly under stress, cannot manage their workload and take it out on their customers. Disgusting.

The pharmacists are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpfulThe sales assistants are happy, and friendly and offer prompt serviceI have a lot of chemists closer to me including the biggest one but I have tried them all and not one of them comes close to the personal service I receive at Amcal ST Clair, I highly recommend them if you want a good, honest, friendly family chemist then Amcal st Clair is the place to go. I have never been to a chemist that is so inviting! Huge credit to Sharyn who went out of her way to ensure I knew exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely be using this chemist more regularly due to the exceptional service!!
