Got the Airtouch 4 upgrade for my A/C unit. Staff was good at explaining the Airtouch 4 vs its competitors. was on time for install. cleaned up after themselves. made sure the sensors and vents were all working. spent time to teach us how to use the system. price was competitive. definitely will go with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you so much for the fantastic service to supply and install our new split system AC. We rang, got a quote with options, we picked an option, paid a deposit. Once the AC came in we got a call back to arrange an installation date. The installer arrived on time and was so efficient and informative. Very happy customer.

I had rung a number of electricians in my local area, but none were interested in attending. Then I saw one of the My Sparky Mate vans and made my enquiry with them. The admin ladies are absolutely lovely to deal with and very helpful. The electricians arrived when they said they would - on time, every time. They were efficient and thorough in their work. They helped me with my questions and gave me really good advice. My Sparky Mate were highly professional from start to end. It was such a good experience. I very highly recommend.

I got a fixed quote for 2 fans replacement ($198 including GST) over phone, But got final invoice for $470, without mention of original quote. 3 days later they gave explanation that it was $198 for each fan and some unknown cable was faulty. Even technician didn't react seeing two fans, if they were of impression to replace one. Turned out costliest job, as many on airtasker were happy to do in range of $225-300
